Reservations
How do I reserve a cabin or RV site?
Compare cabins and RV sites, then use the reservation or inquiry action or contact Creekwood. A deposit equal to one night’s accommodation charge is required at booking and credited toward the reservation total; it is not an additional fee. The remaining balance is due at check-in unless an earlier payment becomes due under the cancellation policy. Full payment is required before occupancy.
Reservation and payment termsCan I ask questions before reserving?
Yes. Call or email Creekwood with your dates, the type of accommodation you’re considering, and any questions about your stay.
Contact CreekwoodWhere can I ask about reservation terms?
Read the Guest Terms and Conditions and Cancellation and Refund Policy before reserving. Contact Creekwood about any requested exception or questions about your reservation.
Read complete reservation termsWhen are check-in and checkout?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM; checkout is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout needs approval and may incur fees. Contact Management as soon as possible if you expect a late arrival. Arrivals after 10:00 PM require prior arrangements.
Arrival and departure policiesHow are cancellations and refunds calculated?
Refund percentages are based on the total reservation amount, rather than the deposit alone. Guests remain responsible for unpaid cancellation charges, with deposits and payments credited toward the total owed. Read the complete schedule, no-show, early-departure, and weather provisions.

What cabin choices are available?
Creekwood has four cabins: three larger three-bedroom cabins and the smaller 4 The Birds within the RV area. Each cabin page has its own photos and accommodation details.
Compare all four cabinsWhere can I see the inside of each cabin?
Each individual cabin page includes its own photo gallery. The main gallery groups cabin photographs by name so you can compare the different spaces.

How do RV sites differ?
Settings range from the front section to sunnier sites, shaded Site 12, and a terraced area. The RV site guide explains these differences, including the cabin and parking area.
Explore the RV site guideHow do I confirm the hookups for my RV site?
Contact Creekwood about water, sewer, and electrical service for the specific site you’re considering. Choose a site with your required connections in mind.
Ask about your RV stayHow do I choose a site for my RV?
Your RV, slide-outs, awnings, and equipment must fit the assigned site without obstructing roads, utilities, or neighboring sites. Contact Creekwood to confirm fit before reserving; oversized RVs require prior approval. RVs older than ten years need current interior and exterior photographs and Management approval before arrival; age alone does not disqualify an RV.
RV requirementsPets
Can I bring a dog?
RV reservations allow up to two dogs, each weighing less than 70 pounds. Dogs must be leashed outside the RV site except in the designated dog park. No unattended pets outdoors; dogs inside RVs must remain quiet with adequate ventilation and temperature control. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly cabins with prior Management approval: up to two small dogs, with a preference for low-shedding breeds. The pet fee is $45 per reservation. Pets may not be left unattended inside cabins. Cats and other pets are not permitted in cabins. Service animals are not considered pets. Creekwood will accommodate service animals as required by applicable law, without pet fees or application of pet-related restrictions that conflict with those requirements. Read the full Terms for all conditions, and confirm cabin eligibility with Management.
