CREEKWOOD RESORT
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Creekwood Hospitality LLC Sautee-Nacoochee, Georgia
Reservations and Deposits
A deposit equal to one night’s accommodation charge is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total reservation amount and is not an additional fee.
The remaining reservation balance is due at check-in unless an earlier payment becomes due under the cancellation policy. Reservations must be paid in full before occupancy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation refunds are calculated as a percentage of the total reservation amount, based on the number of days before the scheduled arrival date.
| Cancellation Notice | Refund Amount |
|---|---|
| 30 days or more before arrival | 100% refund |
| 7–29 days before arrival | 75% refund |
| 3–6 days before arrival | 50% refund |
| 1–2 days before arrival | 25% refund |
| Less than 24 hours before arrival | No refund |
Guests are responsible for any unpaid balance resulting from the applicable cancellation charge.
Deposits and other payments already received will be credited toward the total amount owed.
No-Shows and Late Arrivals
A reservation is considered a no-show if the Booking Guest has not arrived or contacted Management by 10:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date.
No-shows are responsible for the full reservation amount, and Creekwood may release the accommodation without refund or credit.
Guests anticipating a late arrival should notify Management as soon as possible. We understand unexpected delays happen and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them.
Arrivals after 10:00 PM require prior arrangements with Management.
Early Departures
Early departures are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Guests who depart before their scheduled checkout date remain responsible for the full reservation amount.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Normal cancellation terms apply to weather-related cancellations, including travel delays, unfavorable weather conditions, and disruptions to travel plans.
Creekwood cannot guarantee favorable weather, road conditions, or uninterrupted travel to and from the resort.
If Creekwood closes or cannot provide the reserved accommodation due to unsafe conditions, affected guests may choose a refund or rebooking for the affected nights.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the guest’s financial institution.
Refunds will be calculated according to the applicable cancellation and refund terms, with deposits and other payments already received credited toward the total amount owed.
Policy Exceptions
Management may approve reasonable exceptions to this policy at its discretion, provided they do not conflict with applicable law.
Exceptions granted to one reservation do not establish exceptions for other reservations.
Contact and Cancellation Requests
Guests wishing to cancel or modify a reservation should contact Creekwood Resort Management as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are subject to the applicable cancellation terms based on the scheduled arrival date.
Additional Terms
This Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of Creekwood Resort’s Guest Terms & Conditions.
Reservations and stays are also subject to the applicable Guest Terms & Conditions and any additional requirements disclosed at booking.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
